Our group vacation was dope! We visited the dolphinarium to catch the amazing dolphin and seal show and even swam with dolphins. The hotel's service was fantastic, especially the housekeeping and friendly bellboys. The shuttle service was a bonus too.
One downside was the check-in process. We were given a room that wasn't ready. That was a letdown, but overall the stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was bright and peaceful!
Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a multi-level shopping mall. We found it in a good area very close to the nearest metro station, the beach and Mall, and taxi or often a hour.

The smell of the hotel was good. The room was big and clean and the bed was confortable.
Hard to find a taxi infront of the hotel everytime.

1.Service was excellent from the night manager helpful & understanding. 2.Housekeeping improved a lot with my stay compare with previous stay ' Thanks for the management'!
I did not like room service for following reasons:- 1.Made an order “ Salads cost AED30” night room service boy served me and asked to sign the bill , which I did !! after an almost an hour while my door under “ DND” he knocked my door disturbed us a lot, later I asked reception why there’s knocking on my door while DND light is on …they said because room service boy need you to pay your order cash because you did not leave deposit upon arrival !!!!!!!!! 2. Message to F&B manager:- I would recommend to send all your room service boys for vacation immediately to meet their wives / girlfriends because their look to the lady while serving the order in the room is not normal or up to any stander @ all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The terrace closing at 7:00 PM is quite early!!! Cleaning standards need scrutiny. Dirt found on bathroom fixtures is unacceptable!!! Gym equipment could use an upgrade. Some machines aren't functioning properly!!!

Do recommend for a short visit
Clean room, spacious accommodation, with free wi-fi available in the room and a fitness centre to use at their leisure, while conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Business Bay.
Utterly satisfied.

price for value, fairly clean room
Fortunately we were upgraded to a "Suite" because I really don't want to know where I would have ended up. The hotel seems to be a destination for low-cost prostitutes. The shower also flooded when the tap was open, since the drain was locked. it's ok for those who need a place to sleep in, but nothing more.
